Return And Exchange Policy

Please note: For any dispute related to the products after sales, please contact us via support@bestie-inc.com within 7 days since the delivered time on the tracking number. We only accept the request during these days. After that, all request are unacceptable.

WHAT IS THE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

Our store does not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received in normal condition it cannot be returned.

We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

  • Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
  • The print quality is blurry.
  • We sent the wrong item – size, style, color.
  • Parcels that are lost in transit (more than 14 days from the latest updated day in tracking link).

Measurements are provided on each product’s description to help you get a more accurate fit. We do not bear responsibility due to NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because the item that does not fit you.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS IF A CUSTOMER CHANGES THEIR MIND AFTER RECEIVING THEIR ORDER (S)

Note: BESTIE-INC Store will not be held liable to any lost or misrouted parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

In most cases, we will replace your order if there is a problem such as a defect or broken in transit. Our process takes 2-5 business days to produce as we need to check for defects before shipping.

If your product is damaged or defective, please kindly email us with the subject line “Replace: Damaged or Defective item with your order #” along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one. Once we receive your information and it is sufficient, we will reship a new one within 7-14 business days.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I WANT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

In order for us to process your return request, please follow these steps in order: 

Step 1: Take a photo of the order and the damaged/not as described/wrong product parts

Step 2: Contact us via email: support@bestie-inc.com to describe the problems you have and send attached pictures detailing the status of the order.

Step 3: Your problems will be issued within 24 hours since the time you send it.
